The road here
We trace our origins to a small shop located a block and a half away from where we operate today. What began on a single press producing specialized pins, bushings, and small plastic components has evolved into the cornerstone of our manufacturing expertise.
The arrival of our first brand-new Arburg press marked a major milestone back in 1978, soon followed by our relocation to 255 Factory Road. This expanded facility houses increased press capacity and optimized infrastructure, positioning us for sustained growth while maintaining the dedicated, agile service of a specialized shop.
Months of dedicated effort culminated in our ISO 9001 certification. This milestone officially validates our rigorous quality management practices, including robust lot traceability, first-article approvals, precision calibration, and visual work instructions. We continue to follow this ISO-grade system — our commitment to maintaining these high operational standards has never wavered.
During a period of unprecedented industry demand, we scaled operations to two shifts and doubled our workforce. While supply chain disruptions caused widespread hardware shortages across the sector, our proactive inventory management ensured uninterrupted production. This operational resilience allowed us to capture significant market share and forge lasting client partnerships that endure to this day.
Under second-generation leadership, the business is guided by the founder's daughter, with his grandson gaining hands-on expertise across our machinery and client relationships. Supported by a highly skilled, cross-trained team, we remain dedicated to our foundational standards while strategically planning for future industry advancements.
