Presses & equipment
Small- and mid-tonnage presses up to 84 ton, running everything from millions of tiny window keys to molded handles and housings. We keep reserve units on the critical equipment — a spare compressor, a backup chiller — because when you're counting on us, we can't be down.
Materials we run
Our biggest material — including glass filled. The workhorse behind most window, door, and structural parts. Dried and run with care so humidity never shows up in your parts.
Tough, rigid, and impact-resistant, with a clean finish — a go-to for housings, handles, and parts that get handled every day.
Weep plugs and weep-hole covers by the million — the little parts that keep rain out of every window and door extrusion on the road.

Small runs are our specialty — we can respond swiftly and flexibly to customer emergencies and market changes while maintaining quality and cost control. Many other molders won’t touch small runs.
We're a great fit for loose-to-moderate tolerance plastic parts and assemblies in the materials above. We're not a medical, aerospace, or tight-tolerance house, and we don't chase safety-critical automotive work. If your part belongs somewhere else, we'll tell you straight — that honesty is exactly why our customers trust us with everything else.

Every job stored with material, lot number, dye, and the cards the team checks against — so we can trace any part back to the run that made it.
We sample, you approve, and the approved part is bagged and kept from day one to serve as the production standard for quality control and consistency.

How a job runs
Send a drawing, sample, or description. You get our best price the first time.
New mold or an existing one off our shelf — sampled and dialed in.
We sample; you approve. The approved part becomes the standard.
Inspect first run parts against customer approved parts. Quality checks every ½ hour during the entire run. Lot-tracked throughout.
Assembled, kitted, labeled, and out the door — partials stocked for emergencies.
