Rivets, springs, foam tape, wool pile, keepers — assembled, bagged, and ready to install. It's some of the hardest work to set up and the hardest to walk away from, which is exactly why our customers stay.
What we build
A handle that used to be aluminum, now molded in tougher, friendlier composite — built from three separate molds plus riveted hardware into one finished part.
Handle, catch, and keeper assembled and shipped together, ready to hook up on the line.
The fiddly little assemblies nobody else wants — springs, dogs, retainers, foam tape. We've got the jigs and the patience.
Parts counted, bagged, and kitted to your spec so they drop straight into your own build without sorting.
Rivets, screws, nuts, washers, wool pile, foam — we stock it and build it in, so you get one finished assembly from one supplier.
Photo work instructions in English and Spanish for every assembly — so it's built the same, right, every time.
Why so few shops do this
Assemblies take real investment — the rivet machines, the jigs, the multiple molds behind a single part, and months of hardware sitting on the shelf. Most molders won't make that commitment. We made it years ago, and we keep it sharp.
That's why this work is sticky: once a part is set up and proven here, with the tooling paid for and the process documented, nobody wants to move it — and we make sure they never have a reason to.
"When their molders couldn't get hardware, we could — because we keep months of it on hand. We didn't just keep up. We gained business."
Reliability you can build on
In 2020 and 2021, the shops that ran lean on hardware ground to a halt. We didn't — and we picked up work from the ones who did. When you put your assembly here, you're putting it somewhere that plans for the bad week, not just the good one.
Whether it's a handle, a kit, or a fiddly spring build nobody else will touch — tell us about it. We probably already make something close.
